In that regard, we have an affordable and flexible program that allows for efficient and cost-effective representation, while at the same time taking into account those cases where defenses raised by the owner require a more extensive litigation effort. Our prices and billing rates are based upon the lien amounts. Costs and expenses (filing fees, copies, postage, etc.) are extra and will be billed monthly. Retainers are non-refundable. Where necessary, monthly billing will be generated upon exhaustion of the retainer. Should the client be in a position to require multiple case representation or regular referrals, once we have had an opportunity to assess the typical case time requirements and outcomes, flat fee or blended flat-fee/monthly billing or contingency options can be discussed and agreed upon, affording the client even greater savings.
