Who is David Charlip?

David Charlip is the founding Partner at Charlip Law Group, L.C. Mr Charlip has over 2 decades of successful practice in mortuary and funeral service law practice as well as other areas of the law such as class action litigation, toxic torts, products liability, pharmeceutical litigation, commercial litigation, banking and real estate litigation, employment litigation, construction litigation and trials in all courts. Mr Charlip has managed and litigated cases across the country in states such as California, Washington, Missouri, South Dakota, New York, Wyoming, Nevada, Indiana, Massachusetts, Louisiana, and New Hampshire, to name a few.

Mr. Charlip received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida with Honors where he was the Executive Director of the University of Florida Law Review. He is admitted to both the Florida and New Jersey Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, including Trial Bar, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Charlip is the author of numerous scholarly articles.
