Mr. Charlip received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida with Honors where he was the Executive Editor of the University of Florida Law Review. He is admitted to both the Florida and New Jersey Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, including Trial Bar, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, including Trial Bar, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals and the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Charlip is the author of numerous scholarly articles.
